These soap dishes were created as a result of a miscalculation when the jesmonite mix was not enough to finish the pieces in a single colour. So, they were completed with a second layer of colour, creating an unintended two-tone finish.
While fully functional and durable, they are offered at a reduced price as part of the Super Seconds Festival due to this colour variation.
